— Where is my parcel?
I dispatch shipments to the post office once a week (usually on Thursdays). Please be patient :) If you need your order to arrive on a specific date, please contact me before making the purchase so that I can make the necessary arrangements.

Spain: 2-5 working days
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Rest of the world: 4 weeks or more

— What are seconds?
"Seconds" refers to ceramic pieces with minor imperfections, unexpected color variations, or small cracks, which are available at a reduced price. You can find detailed information about each item.
—Are your glaze food safe?
All of my ceramics are coated with water-based underglazes and have a lead-free clear glaze. Gentle hand washing is recommended. No microwave.
— Exchange or returns
Unfortunately, I do not currently offer exchanges or returns.
—Customs and import taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and the buyer. Please verify whether your country imposes customs charges before making your purchase.
